The backpack looks and feel really nice with high quality material, but unfortunately I needed to send it back because of two main reasons:
1. The shoulder straps is not good at all as it is stiff and thin which makes it feel heavy. Also, I got shoulder pain after an hour wearing it.
2. The wardrobe itself without packed clothes is unnecessarily too heavy and the back hurts even more when wearing it filled with clothes.
Hope these two parts will be fixed soon. If so, I consider buying the shell + wardrobe again in the future.
