“Excellent quality long sleeved reusable gowns- probably ordered about 50 now- allowed us to safely get back to work in a large dental practice. Good delivery time too.”

“Prices online say no vat on product. Bill gives vat, the delivery is expensive and you don't see this earlier on. I can get large items from other suppliers next day or a couple of days for similar price. Sort out vat to make clear Sort out transport, the most expensive gloves I have ever purchased with delivery G P oxford”

Hi Gary, Thank you for your review. Looking at your order (100022275) you had purchased a tunic and trouser with us, not a box of gloves, both of which are not VAT exempt. “Absolute garbage, advertised products as in stock when they weren’t and would respond to my numerous emails and voicemails for a refund, had to complain through paypal and eventually got my money back...BEWARE AND AVOID”

“The scrubs we ordered are a lovely material . I have washed them many times and they don’t lose colour . It took a long time for them to come and the sizes are on the bigger size .”

“Initially when i placed an order the website stated in stock and will be dispatched. However, this was not the case; the items were out of stock and i had to chase the order. Since then i have placed orders since and the service has been great.”

“Excellent quality, extremely well made. Rather heavy and hot for the current weather conditions, but I will definitely be buying more for the winter months. Best made scrubs I have bought so far. Prompt and efficient service. Thank you. Didn't have a query but did send one pair back as too big (Ordered 2 x XL, one top came as L which was a very good fit so sent the XL back) Unsure weather reimbursement has be made.”

“Good company. Scrubs arrived very quickly which was a nice surprise. They are comfortable and practical. I did have an issue with some of the sizing and had to send some articles back and still awaiting a refund after 8 weeks. I would order from them again.”

“Great quality uniforms and great prices to match! My only negative would be that there is no communication leading up to delivery, it would be great to get some information regarding the status of purchase. At the moment waiting for two orders that I place a while ago, and I have had no feedback at all as to their progress, so pretty much in the dark right up until the order arrives. In regards to everything else very happy with the variety of products available and quality is excellent, will keep buying and have recommended to many co workers.”

Whilst we do try to communicate to all our customers, it has been a little challenging over the last few months due to the amount of orders we have received. Hopefully now things are getting back to some kind of normality you wlil see an improvement.
