“On the website, a 2XL sweatshirt was listed as 71 cm (28 inches) pit to pit. Once I got it, it measured 61 cm (24 inches) pit to pit. I want my money back and for you to pay for shipping because it was falsely advertised at the wrong size.”
“I haven't received my package that has been marked "delivered". I've reached out a few times for assistance to help me locate the package, a present for my brother in law, and nobody has responded. Still waiting and hoping for a response and some help! Or at least a refund considering I cannot get my hands on this package...”
“I ordered 2 items on the 3rd August and it stated the items would be delivered within 1-2 working days. However I had not received my order so sent multiple emails to chase this, and they then informed me they didn’t even have 1 item. I agreed for them to send me the item they had (which still did not arrive until the 23rd August - 15 working days after my order instead of the 1-2 they advised online and in my confirmation email). The item also arrived faulty, with the graphic print on the back peeling off. They advised my 2nd item would be sent soon after but it is now the 4th September and I am yet to receive a refund for the faulty item despite them offering this, and have received no update on the 2nd item I ordered and paid for at the beginning of August.
I understand they are a smaller independent business, but this service is simply unacceptable - complete lack of communication - and I will not be ordering from them again (and I’d suggest others not to as well). I spent a lot of money on these 2 items as they were a gift for my partners birthday so I’m extremely disappointed.”

“Item came damaged. I then returned the item however a replacement was only sent nearly 3 months later. They never offered any compensation for this wait and so I’m very disappointed in the customer service.”
“Poor quality, boxy fit and profit from returns by charging delivery both ways plus a fee. Bad business practice from a company pretending to be a 'small family business'.
Sadly they've put a lot of effort into their ad campaign with Guinness but the product itself is bad, and you're left with a big bill to return it.”
“Terrible, my package was stolen as it was not delivered properly, just left outside my property and it’s been back and forth trying to get this resolved, the email contact for help just stopped replying to my emails asking for help or a refund so now I don’t have the t shirt or my money. Will not be buying from here again as they clearly don’t care about their customers and just have refused to refund or send me a replacement for a package I didn’t get due to it being poorly delivered. “Terrible quality products and customer service. Ordered the Essentials Vintage Washed Hoodie and Joggers in Cocoa and the colours don't match - even though it is described as a matching set. The hoodie is not fit for purpose and is faulty, one side of the pocket is normal, on the other side the pocket isn't big enough to get your hand in... and the stitching is completely off. Contacted customer service and got advised about the 'vintage wash' of the items which has nothing to do with the issues mentioned. Had to ask for a free returns label. I then received my replacement order which has the exact same issues as the original order! Contacted customer service to get an out of office response, which means the issue won't even begin to get resolved for at least another 5 days ...”

Unfortunately UNIK Clothing sent out a wrong item in the delivery. The items that were correctly delivered are great, but unfortunately the process to get the correct item dispatched is taking along time. I’ve had to return the incorrect item and wait 5-7days for it to be received and processed before the correct item will be sent out. I personally do not believe it’s acceptable to be kept waiting over 2weeks for UNIK clothing to rectify their own error.”
