“The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. She could not have been nicer. The nurse was as equally pleasant, particularly when I explained that, although I was not worried in any way, I always seem to become nervous when things are not under my control. She very quickly put me at my ease. The doctor, too, as well as being polite welcoming and reassuring, explained the procedure and treatment clearly and concisely. All in all, a very satisfactory episode.”

“My experience with Veincentre have been very very good... From the friendly and welcoming receptionist... Was met,and well recieved too by the nurse and Consultant. Despite the nature of issues, felt at ease!! Since... had 1st treatment very recently, all was very doable, instantly so happy with results...even at this stage!!!”

“I was impressed by all the people I met during my first appt at Veincentre. At all times I was treated with courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. All procedures were carefully explained. There was never any pressure to take my treatment further - although I have - with alacrity!”

“All staff were very professional and friendly Directions to the Vein centre could be clearer. A few people made the same mistake-they left the car park and was wandering up and down the high street. Perhaps you could state Do not leave car park. Make your way to wine bar out side seating and the veincetre building is just by it. There are other company's in the same building.”

“Angela was welcoming and very helpful. Dr Krishnan and his team were very professional, informative and friendly. I was due to come in for my procedure when l was called in for some cancer related treatments. As soon as l recover l will be back for my procedure. The lovely lady on the help team said that you would hold my deposit for when I come back. This was very compassionate and extremely appreciated. I look forward to seeing you all again. “I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Manchester veincenre. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The staff there were fantastic and my treatment has totally improved the look of my legs and with it my confidence.”

“I was very happy with the honesty of the consultant and the lovely lady assisting him but sadly the follow up chat was very disappointing and I was left quite sad and disappointed. She sadly had no idea of my consultation appointment and not read my record of my visit only 3 days previous. I asked her questions to clarify what the consultant had said to me and she said the complete opposite to what he'd said to me . 1 example, I asked does fitness cause my problem with thread veins? she said yes! The consultant had told me no . She went on to wanting me to book my treatment but had no idea what treatment I would be needing. I am left confused and feel more communication is needed between you .”

“I was made to feel at ease as soon as I arrived and the receptionist made me a cup of tea. The specialist doctor and the nurse were very professional and made me feel safe and secure in a clinical situation where I was being asked questions and being measured etc.”
