“I bought tickets for the Lauryn Hill concert two months ago (May 2018) and I still haven't received my tickets.
When I contacted customer service about this matter, they said that all tickets purchased will be received a few days before the concert.

“Offshore nightmare of a company who completely disregard all rules to protect consumers. Added £92 of hidden charges to tickets which were already double face value then will not cancel or provide refunds. Managed to get the hidden charges back via chargeback through my bank but still battling to get the ticket price back. Answer all correspondence with proforma garbarge designed to push you back. Bank have now passed to their fraud department but took a lot of phone calls to get this far. Don't let them get away with it -Keep fighting!”

“Do NOT use this company. I purchased a ticket to a world cup game that they indicated would be delivered by courier to my hotel, since the game was the following day. I called multiple times to find out if the ticket would arrive. The ticket never arrived, I called the next day and asked for a refund. A week later, I called again, and they are stalling and saying that they need to get more information, but would not tell me what information they are trying to get. Do NOT trust this site.”
“Saw Il Divo were performing fairly local to where I live. Couldn't find any available tickets anywhere until I came across viagogo. I was buying the tickets 24 hrs before the concert as a special big birthday treat for my sister. Viagogo kept me posted all the step of the way. Tickets arrived by special delivery as promised. I had a query and phoned them and they couldn't have been more helpful. The seats were good and as described. Amazing value and the icing on the cake we were offered even better seats at the concert. I was very nervous when I read some of the reviews. My experience was really good and my sister had a memorable evening so I will definitely use them again.”

Then they said they have lost the tickets, meaning that the whole weekend we have planned is ruined. I now have a hotel, and parking at the event which is of no use.
The customer services is by email only, i could not find a phone number that actually got through to someone who did not have s%*t for brains.
They have hidden charges that show up after you have paid, and no way to question them.
Fraudulent company with no morals, and workers that i wouldn't trust to sit the right way on a lavatory bowl.”

“No tickets arrived on the promised delivery date as the seller failed to fulfill the obligated contract , therefore I implore anyone and everyone never ever use Viagogo as they are the worst, abhorrent, deceitful company I’ve ever trusted to purchase tickets.
It was my tenacity and persistence that finally paid off, quite literally as I’ve received a refund however if I hadn’t when would the tickets arrived? Never they weren’t available in the first instance!

“I booked tickets for a World Cup match through Viagogo and couldn't be happier with their service. I was very nervous based on all the negative reviews that I had read, but my experience was very positive. I received the tickets as ordered, which enabled me to get a Fan ID. The Fan ID gave me passage into Russia (instead of having to go through the visa process). On the day of the game it was a smooth process to get into the ground. Thanks to Viagogo I was able to attend my first ever World Cup match.”
“Duped! I had no idea that i was using a secondary ticket site. Their marketing is crafty and unacceptable. The whole affair has had a knock on effect on my health. We all think we cannot be duped. I have remonstrated with viagogo, Office of Fair Trading, Watch Dog, my credit card company etc to no effect. The tickets I wanted were for a show in October. With the recent changes made to stop secondary ticket sellers (ie no en bloc purchases, only allowing the original ticket purchased into the event) viagogo will be unable to fulfil this contract. All I want is to buy legitimate tickets to see the show!!! This is affecting peoples lives and is a complete con to extract money in an illegitimate way.”
