Never ever use these guys. They are a complete rip off. I paid 240 pounds for three Nutcracker tickets at the Royal Albert Hall (60 pounds was a surcharge) The cost from the direct website was 90 for three. Also, Viagogo clearly stated that the seats were unobstructed so I thought I was paying for good seats. The Royal Albert Hall clearly indicates that those seats have a restricted view. I have written the company but haven't heard anything back yet.

SCAM ALERT!!! classis bait and switch! you buy tickets on the floor for a specific seat, the VIAGOGO will send you completely different seats as confoirmation!! DISPUTE your credit card payments people, do nto let them get away with this SCAM and RIP OFF by www.viagogo.com REVIEWS are terrible because this is a SHADY company. Maybe they can run game in the UK, but in the USA here, ill make sure they are shut down and cease to operate. They just made a mistake on scamming me. I will NOT sit quiet while they rip me off for over $1600 USD.

Yes I did pay a bit more then the face value of the ticket but I got good tickets and I was happy to go to an event for which there were no other tickets at the time. Yes their customer service is mostly pre-written reply's but someone actually did call me about a problem I had and so I am happy with the service I received.

Would have left 0 if I could. I bought 2 Ballet tickets from them costing nearly £400. They took the money and sent confirmation so I then purchased 2 return tickets from Manchester to London. 2 hours before the show, and halfway to London on the train, they message me to say they don’t have tickets available!!! So that’s £400 on Ballet tickets and £200 on train tickets plus a full day travelling for no reason!!!!

People can see right through this Viagogo! shame on you unscrupulous vermin. Your dishonesty will come back to haunt you in the end!

Do not use! Disgraceful company. Do not understand how it is allowed! RIP OFF BIG TIME. Bought Chelsea Flower Show tickets 2018 at huge price with high pressure tactics used on website thinking that was the price if not RHS members. £371 for two tickets! Saw later on RHS site that it warns you not to buy tickets via Viagogo and the tickets will not be accepted on the gate. Feel like idiot now!

Can only give 1 star as there isn't a zero. A COMPLETE RIP OFF COMPANY. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Bought 6 tickets for the Harlem Globe Trotters and paid an extra £39 a ticket on the face values. Not obvious until I hit the "buy" button. Our complaint went unheard......not interested. I don't believe the name of the seller...... Viagogo will be using a spoof name to inflate the price as well. We can't believe they are still operating. COMPIETE CON ARTISTS.

I was fully aware that viagogo is a sell-on ticketing site so was expecting to pay inflated prices. After purchasing two tickets for Ball & Bow at The O2 and receiving a download for my tickets I was concerned, after the reviews I’d read re Viagogo, that my tickets may be invalid. I emailed them and got a prompt, positive, response explaining how their company operated, with a contact phone number should I have any problems at the venue. The person selling the tickets via this site, does not get their money until AFTER the event. Although I was still anxious, I arrived at the venue, tickets were scanned through, perfect seating! Expensive, yes. But it was a sell out show which I desperately wanted to see, and I did!

RIP OFF. I can only repeat what others before me already said. Booked a ticket to see Queen @ Wembley on the first official day of the sale and Viagogo was the first link to pop up so I purchased my ticket from them. I am a huge Queen fan and, as apparently tickets were selling extremely fast, I clicked pay as soon as I could. Now, A few days a go I checked ticket availability on other ticket-selling websites and the tickets were still available at half the price I had paid!!! But guess what, the extra almost £80 were the Viagogo fees! RIP OFF, AVOID, THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE MARKET.

It's an embarrassment that this company is continuing to operate. It's reputation is appalling and yet it continues to swindle customers every single day. It has no regard for consumer law in the countries in which it operates and more generally it has no respect for people. It's sole interest is making vast sums of money, at whatever human cost. I have never known a company to use such a range of dirty tactics to mislead customers. It deliberately positions itself at top of search listings (so unaware customers end up thinking Viagogo is the official ticket seller), the website is filled with tricks to pressure customers into buying quickly, and the customer service is, without question, easily the worst of any company operating in this marketplace. Viagogo doesn't seem to mind telling lies to customers and they make it near impossible to contact them. So when things go wrong, you can do very little indeed. With a Head Office in Switzerland, they've deliberately made it very difficult for consumers to take Legal action against them. The UK Government earlier this year said that Viagogo is routinely flouting laws designed to protect consumers and summoned the company (and others) to a parliamentary hearing. Guess what? Viagogo failed to show up (but the other re-selling websites did). I think this tells you everything about how Viagogo operates. As consumers, if we stand together and use alternative reselling websites we might help to do damage to Viagogo's dominant position and hit them where it hurts - financially! Governments must act now to close down this business.

Viagogo Lies about ticket availabitliy & location & Rips you off! So many bad rewiews Viagogo closed their Google reviews! Read Viagogo's response below: I purchased Real Madrid soccer tickets. Viagogo consistently lies about true ticket availability. They overprice their tickets by more than 3-4xs face value. I bought 6 tickets that were shown on the seat map to be in the center of the field together. The seats were not together, behind the goal in the last row and 3rd to last row!! When I complained to the online Viagogo attendant they just said I could resell my tickets myself using their service loosing hundreds of dollars!! I have pasted below my exact emails and Viagogo's responses to those emails below: I spent over $300 per ticket with Viagogo for 6 seats that are now for sale for $100 and my 6 seats are not even together! I want all 6 seats together or my E1811.40 fully refunded. I will be delighted to repurchase 6 seats together which will be much better seats for a much better price! David B. Seibel. Dear , We are contacting you regarding your order 14015605 for Atletico Madrid vs Real Madrid on 18 November 2017. We guarantee that, unless you buy a single ticket, you will never get 1 ticket on its own. For example, if you ordered 5 tickets you may get them as a group of 5 tickets together, or as a group of 2 tickets and a group of 3 tickets, but never will get a group of 4 together and a single ticket elsewhere. Note that this only applies for tickets purchased as part of the same order. If you have ordered multiple orders, then they are each treated separately. viagogo is a platform that enables ticket sellers to reach customers. Ticket sellers range from individuals with a spare ticket, to multi-national event organisers. Sellers provide the seating information and they also determine the price of the ticket. Many different sellers may be offering tickets for the same event, which explains why you may see tickets in the same section of the venue at varying prices. Kind regards, Chris Dear Viagogo, Your response is unacceptable. You never disclosed on your website when I ordered that all my tickets would not be together! It is a necessity as I am traveling with my children. No other on-line ticket re-seller splits up ticket packages and you should not be able to get away with this unethical business practice. You can quote me your hidden internal policy, but if you don't list that policy up front in easy-to-read large print on your website purchase screen, you are misleading the customer the same way you misled me 1 month ago on your website by saying "hurry only a few tickets left", when tickets for this event are not even available or released for sale until 1 week before the game! All the above is nothing less than dishonest business practice. So I ask that my request for 6 tickets together or a full refund to allow me to repurchase 6 tickets together be sent up to a supervisor or manager for approval. Otherwise, I feel it is my obligation to go to Google reviews and every other on-line business rating website to express my dissatisfaction with Viagogo and illuminate your poor business practices for everyone to read including a cut & paste of your written corporate response to me in this email. In case you haven't noticed, Viagogo does have competition and I truly hope you make the only right decision. Sincerely, David B. Seibel Dear David, We are contacting you regarding your order 14015605 for Atletico Madrid vs Real Madrid on 18 November 2017. We understand that our answer is not what you expected. But as we previously mentioned, We cannot refund you. If you cannot use the tickets you purchased and there is still time before the event date, you can re-list them instantly by clicking here, http://www.viagogo.com/Secure/Pipeline/Sell/InitialiseClickOnceRelist?TranId=14015605 We will market your tickets on our platform to find a new buyer. We do not charge any fees for relisting tickets that you have originally purchased from us. Occasionally there may be reasons why the tickets you've purchased cannot be re-listed but it's usually because the event date is too near to allow delivery or upload to your buyer. Please note that you can re-list your tickets without physically having them in your hands, as we can re-direct them directly from your seller to your buyer. Best of luck with your listing! Kind regards, Chris -- Dear Chris & Viagogo, I find it interesting that you have no reasonable response to the multiple serious accusations I posed against Viagogo in my previous email. I guess all those accusations of unethical business practices and false marketing are true since you choose not to defend them. Restating your protective internal policies and putting the burden on me to fix the problem Viagogo created and to resell the ticket package that you deceitfully sold me with seats apart, further shows me your complete disregard for customer service and the truth. Chris you need to quit Viagogo and work for a company that lets you live true to your values of treating people honestly and decently. Look for my searing reviews of Viagogo's lack of business ethics and even worse customer service on every internet website review possible. Your response letters will be highlighted. Obviously, I will never use Viagogo again and I will work to see others do not as well. Sincerely, David B. Seibel (I'm not afraid to use my last name.)

We bought tickets for Kasabian at the 02 for last weekend and the confirmation came through on the mobile. At no point did it say that you must print out the tickets. No one in the box office or nearby staff would help with this mission or with dealing with viagogo. In the end a taxi driver drove us to the holiday Inn to print them and brought us back again and we missed the beginning. We are absolutely livid and will never use them again

Booked seats for the Steps concert for 1st December 2017 and was led to believe we would have seats near the stage, lower tier, but had seats in block 7 lower tier with the sound system right in front of the seats. I asked to be moved and was given seats on the floor which was better than looking at sound equipment! Tried to send emails prior to concert on a different matter, via customer service, but were bounced back. Tried to phone but nothing! Maybe you could compensate me for the bad seats, before I spoke to someone at the venue who then kindly moved us to a different area? Look forward to your reply? Thank you

They are not official ticketing agents, but re-sellers (scalpers) posing as a legitimate ticketing agent. If your tickets are actually delivered as promised, you will have paid way more than they are worth. They add various fees that are not advertised anywhere on their website.

Only giving 1 star as I cannot give 0 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY Absolute rip off merchants who do not give a jot about their customers = Blatantly lie, make false misleading claims and if you need to contact them are extremely unhelpful, churning out nothing but pre prepared generic responses at best and more lies and false promises at worst Will NEVER book via this site again - Customer service is absolutely abysmal and they do not answer or deal with any queries or concerns at all. Complaints do not get passed on as promised and no one gets back to you - you just go round in a circle of getting fobbed off with ridiculous responses that don't answer the issues raised USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL - I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO FAITH IN THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SO CALLED GUARANTEES AT ALL

Bought some already expensive tickets only for the price to be bumped up by around £150 after purchase due to hidden charges. Viagogo then refused to refund despite that being a legal right for online purchases within 14 days. I then tried to resell the tickets on the site only to find I had to post them off before they would even be sent to me with the threat of further charges if I did not. Scam Artists.
