They literally tried to charged me £580 pounds from £350 tickets. This is just a scam. £12 per ticket for FedEX international delivery (the concert is in UK) and then £71 for booking fee and VAT. What even are they on about?

Misleading thieves! I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. Shocked they are able to operate! This is an awful service which just encourages people to bulk buy tickets and sell them on way above cost, ripping people off in the process. They don’t make it clear you’re spending multiples of the price of the original tickets for no reason. I will NEVER buy through this site again. AVOID at all costs. Always try to go directly to the venue or use more transparent vendor platforms such as ticketswap. Viagogo are not clear about their service, they are set up to inflate prices and make commissions. TERRIBLE!!! https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/business-44299981

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY COMPLETE SCAMMERS . Bought a ticket for Jonas Blue in Manchester for my daughter 3 days before the event . Still no ticket Contacted them and they don’t have a ticket. They told me the may be able to get me one but my 15 year old daughter would have to meet a complete stranger outside the event. I don’t think that’s very safe do you . Well that’s all we can do . No thanks I will have a refund. And I am still waiting they have stopped responding to emails. SO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY LOOK AT ALL THE BAD FEEDBACK THEY HAVE BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM. They say they have tickets when nobody else does but they don’t JUST A BIG SCAM STAY WELL CLEAR

Bought tickets for brockhampton in Bristol and tickets arrived all fine. People who are leaving bad reviews are complaining about price when its a re sell site so the seller sets the ticket price not viagogo and drips should check how much the tickets are originally not pay £200 for tickets and complain after once they paid. Obviously there are some cases of tickets not arriving and fake tickets which viagogo should monitor but people complaining about price its their own fault

BUYER BEWARE!! I am so upset! I understand handling fees, I’m ok with it, but I’ve been charged $800 for $420 tickets, double! It’s a lot of money!!!! I bought these Tickets to see a small Australian act for my husbands birthday. The full cheating price was not at all clear or obvious when I booked online. Be extremely wary of these scammers, avoid like the plague!

AVOID AVOID AVOID I bought 3 tickets from viagogo for the Lewis Capaldi concert in Glasgow, face value of £36:90 each but after clicking buy the price I had to pay was £559:99 for the three of them in total. Absolutely disgraceful. This company should be charged with extortion and closed down before ripping of anyone else.

Bought 3 x tickets for the Lewis Capaldi concert in Glasgow for my daughter and her 2 friends, face value of £32:60 each but after clicking buy the total price was £559:99. An absolute rip off, Viagogo should be charged with robbery, you do not see the full cost until it is too late.

Please please please....DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH VIAGOGO. They are legal robbers. You wont receive your tickets, you get patched into the main website, where its all left to you to work out. And if anything changes, dates wise, they wipe there hands. They take your payment quick enough, but then say they have no responsability afterwards. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VIAGOGO. Use ticketmaster or book with the main artist themselves.

I placed an order for race day tickets and became uneasy when Viagogo could not give a delivery date. I asked to cancel the order. Viagogo said refund was not possible but I could sell tickets on their site. A horrible, commission hungry and lazy company. I will not use again and would not recommend.

Bought 2 tickets for well known comedian in uk, went through the whole process but in trying to back track accidentally hit the wrong button then realised the truly ridiculous mark up price. So I had paid an exorbitant amount for 2 tickets. Impossible to get through to the company. Tried to go through 3rd party to resolve but no luck. Was told I would get the tickets a few weeks before the event with no firm confirmation of the seats. If I buy tickets then I expect to hold the tickets I have given them money for, bot for them to keep until about 2 weeks before the event. Appalling customer service. This site is a total rip off. NEVER AGAIN.

I bought tickets through Viagogo several months ahead of an event and later found out the same tickets cost way less through the official vendor. Viagogo upped the price with 'booking and handling fees', plus ended up sending me '2nd release tickets' marked as even cheaper, half the price I was charged. I still don't feel comfortable with them and unsure they'll work on the day of the event - fingers crossed. Never buying through Viagogo again. Lesson learned.

I had no problem purchasing a Justin Bieber ticket. I paid lots of money for the ticket, which was expected. It is the seller who sets the price, Viagogo then take a percentage. We were informed about entry restrictions, that the original purchaser had to be present. My seller met me and 2 others outside the venue handed the tickets to us and accompanied us in to the venue. I am so glad I used Viagogo.

I purchased two tickets to Rammstein in Los Angeles. Many different issues: 1. I ordered 2 seats listed in section 302, yet my email receipt shows I ordered "tiered seating", which literally does not exist, and is not a seat. Viagogo repeatedly lies to me and attempts to gaslight me by saying that "their system" says I ordered "tiered seating". They told me to resell my tickets... But guess what, YOU LITERALLY CANNOT LIST TICKETS AS TIERED SEATING... you can't sell a ticket without a section, row, and seat number! They glitched my tickets, and are blaming me for it! 2. They changed their ticket selling options specifically to add tiered seating as an option, and told me relist them at no charge. Who they hell is going to buy tickets with no seats on them?! Anyways, I tried to relist them, and they listed them for MORE than I asked, and then wanted to take out over $50 in fees! Liars! 3. Their customer service barely speaks English, and is impossible to understand. I asked to speak with a manager, and they told me that there IS NO MANAGER! Are you kidding me?! So I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they said that there is no supervisor! 4. Someone finally called me back from a US number, and they ran me in circles, continuing to insist that I purchased tickets with seats... Which, again, is impossible to do. 5. They state, in my email receipt, that I will get my tickets when Ticketmaster releases the ticket... Well ticket Master already released the tickets, so where are MY tickets?! I called again, and I was told that I have to wait until SEPTEMBER to get my mystery tickets, with nonexistent seats! 6. In five separate emails, I have asked them for their contact information to a United States office, and for information on their agent of process service for small claims court, and they ignore me, refusing to give me any contact information. 7. I told them in an email, that due to their consistent lying, I only want written correspondence with them. What do they do? They call me when I am at work, when I cannot answer, and then email me telling me that they "did their part". Liars, thieves, and criminals.

My immediate follow up email after purchasing tickets and talking to a worthless customer representative At viagogo. “ I actually have no idea what I purchased at this point. I assumed I paid $263 for 2 balcony tickets to a concert in London that would be shipped in "3-5" business days and, extremely inconveniently, require a 'signature' at the door when a working person is not home. This is what I saw and ultimately proceeded with. It was not until after multiple intentional distractors on you purchase site, and after committing to purchase, that I see the arrival date for the tickets is unknown and that they would not arrive until a week before the concert when I will be out of country. The absence of clear upfront disclaimer related to the fact that you can't/wont email tickets, won't allow pick up at the theatre, and that "3-5" days really means 3-5 days 3 months from now (!), with a ship date that is a moving target, is inexcusable and intentionally misleading. I consider myself scammed. ”

This site needs to be SHUT DOWN. I was sold three FAKE tickets for £300. My 11 year old son was reduced to tears when we were told the tickets were worthless. SHAME ON YOU!

I ordered two tickets for my husbands Christmas. They were expensive but happily purchased them. Was not happy when they arrived and the tickets I paid £209 for had a face value of £55.50 each. That’s a lot of profit. When I complained there attitude was it clearly states on our website we are a ticketing resell company so tough luck. If I had have seen any sign of that on the website I wouldn’t have gone near them. That will learn me.
