“As a new Customer I placed my first order with VIP Bottles for some individual bottles of bitter lemon as I enjoy a St Clements in the Summer and I was very pleased to find these as they don't seem to be widely available. The delivery was prompt and the instructions given were clear. Despite the contents being carefully packed and wrapped, unfortunately the box was damaged during delivery and two bottles had been spilt making the box soaking wet. VIP Bottles were extremely efficient and helpful in making things right and sent a replacement almost immediately which was very much appreciated. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“VIP bottles are efficient and process orders quickly. What lets them down is the use of Royal Mail as a carrier, who are totally ineficient! If they changed to a better carrier they would be 5 star.”
