“I purchased a LG Refrigerator at LOWE’s 2 years ago.
I immediately ordered extra Water filters.
Now… after three attempts… I have been unable to purchase a filter that fits into the Refrigerator I have!!!
I’ve entered the Model #… on several sites. All of them indicated the ‘same’ Filter #. ‘Every time I purchased Filters that we’re supposed to fit my Refrigerator… they ‘didn’t fit’!!! (including one that is sold by LG!!!)”
“After putting your water filter in my fridge, it’s been a couple weeks now and I noticed my water seems to have kind of a funky taste. I also noticed that it seemed lighter than the GE one, so that I have less charcoal or is it just that you found a better product to make it out of but due to the water taste I’m not impressed.”
“Order arrived a day earlier than promised. The filter is now performing well. However I found that about twice as much water, than a GE filter, needs to be ran through prior to drinking . There is a chemical aftertaste if you don’t.”
“I found the website easily navigated and found my desired product instantly. I love the way the water tastes. The only issue I had was receiving the product, the original shipment was lost somewhere out there, upon which time I inquired with customer service and another shipment rapidly arrived. Much to our del8ght the original shipment arrived about 9 days after the replacement shipment was received.
