“Enjoy receiving my seasonal box occasionally disappointed about contents either about quantity ie not receiving full bunch of carrots or not explaining what unusual things are ie Saville oranges”

“The service from Wellocks at Home has been fantastic! The quality of the products is excellent and we have never been disappointed with what we have received. The delivery drivers have all been very pleasant and chatty. Customer service has been amazing especially when the odd item hasn’t turned up in the delivery box. There is never any question or quibbling, they just provide a refund for the item there and then. Any time I have contacted them they have been extremely helpful. Having the email with a delivery slot timing is great however it would be even better if that was sent out the day before rather than during the early hours of the morning of the delivery especially if it is an early slot. If the weather is damp or wet I prefer to take the box in straight away rather than have it sit on the damp floor of the porch area even if it is covered a bit. Having the email a bit earlier means I could be up to receive it when it comes rather than leave it outside. Also it would be useful if you have a late delivery slot that the customer service was available at that time if the box doesn’t arrive for some reason which has happened a couple of times, rather than have to wait until the following morning to make the call. However, all in all it has been totally worth it, especially through the pandemic as I have been shielding and we are very happy to continue with deliveries in the future, pandemic or not. “The food is top quality and wonderful. My only problem is the ease of ordering or cancelling orders. The website is difficult to manoeuvre and you have to skip one item at a time and keep going back for each item if you want to skip or cancel a delivery. Customer service is great though and I couldn’t fault it. It would be good to have the option for fortnightly deliveries instead of just weekly.”

“I wonder whether you might consider a box for single people with more variety, half a cauliflower instead of a whole etc. The last few deliveries the potatoes sprout before the week is out - even when kept in the fridge. Otherwise happy.”

“We look forward to our Wellocks box every week. The only thing we'd love to see improve is being able to list a few items we wouldn't eat to be omitted from the box. On the whole, it's been brilliant. Always fresh, lovely new ingredients to explore and a dairy box that is a delight”

“Had my box of goodies and some lovely eggs and I must say they were amazing. If you haven't tried Wellocks I would say do so straight away as you will not be disappointed. Between you and me I will be ordering some more very soon, watch this space😀😀😀😀”

“I can't fault the excellent produce. It would be better if you allowed 1 or 2 items to be substituted and if the email advising time of delivery did not arrive in the early hours of the day on which delivery is due.”
