“There has been the odd item of produce not up to standard but over the last few weeks this had become more regular. Last weeks bananas were all bruised and I had to throw half of each banana away. In addition were other goods well past their sell by date. This week I opened my box to find the packet of snap peas totally mouldy and fungal plus a very sorry looking cabbage and another mould onion. I have had super customer service on reporting this but I would rather it wasn’t happening. I had been praising wellocks to my friends over this past year but now I wouldn’t urge anyone to use you. I am giving wellocks one more week to see if things improve before I cancel my subscription. My other problem is that I am accumulating points but have no way of using the money against my order!”

“Excellent service all round. Have been using Wellocks at Home since the beginning a year ago. Delivery has always been on time in the notified timeslot. The website and ordering process has improved and above all the fruit and veg is great quality. Very happy.”

“Absolutely love the quality, range and service from Wellocks. I order the Seasons Best fruit and veg box which helps inspire me to cook new and different things like Jerusalem artichoke and hazelnut risotto!”

“Generally 1st class. Sometimes bananas deteriorate quickly and occasionally more carrots than potatoes. Citrus fruits very good also green produce has good shelf life. Thank you!! Sometimes a nice surprise addition. A valuable and welcome asset especially during covid.”

“Quality is good. Initially we got lots of variety and different things each week now we seem to get pretty much the same every time - Hope this will change with spring coming. When I’ve ordered extras - cheese and other things it’s been excellent.”

“A brilliant service from ordering to delivery. Contact with customer service team and delivery drivers is always first class, fruit and veg great quality and there is a good choice of other food items. So thankfully for the service and easy of booking a delivery.”

“I began using Wellocks during the first lockdown and found the site easy to navigate. The produce, on the whole is very good but you do have to be using the product from the get go. The delivery is faultless.”

“I am so glad that I set up regular orders with Wellocks home deliveries. The food is always of a very high standard and well presented. I have nothing but praise for the produce the packaging and the variety of food on offer. “I purchased the Breakfast option for my Dads birthday in lockdown 3.0 and had it delivered on his actual birthday. He was in absolute awe at his present, and said the food was delicious. He even had a Happy Birthday from the delivery driver!”
