“I was extremely unsatisfied with the bed and mattress from Winkl. The lux mattress is anything but lux. Zero edge-to-edge support, and made entirely from foam. Furthermore, the bed frame is made from extremely cheap wood, and looks like something that would belong in a college dorm. I did send photos and videos to your customer service team, so feel free to review those if you genuinely are interested in my feedback. Thanks”

“My winkl mattress is amazing!! It is so comfortable and I'm sleeping so much better now. I'm not waking up with aches and pains. The website was easy to use and delivery was quick simple. I am so impressed with my mattress I have also purchased one for my 86yr old mother who said it was a "godsend". Thanks Winkl team 😊”

“Mattress holds the heat the same as our previous mattresses do not happy given the claims made by Winkl. The sheets come out because they slip very easily on the polished winkl base.. We purchased the sheets from you and they are too big for the mattress and they crinkle up underneath the body. Not keen on the base extending past the mattress because it’s too easy to bash your shins which one of us does too often.”

“Simply the best. The Lux Mattress I bought has been better than I could have imagined. So so comfortable. I was having issues with a sore hip and since I have been sleeping on the Winkl all the pain has gone. The whole process from buying to delivery was seamless. Thank you Winkl.”

“I ordered the Lux Mattress and have not been disappointed. I have stage 4 breast cancer which has spread extensively through my bones. So a comfortable soft mattress was needed. I loved that I had 120 days to trial the mattress but was in love on day 9. It's so lovely, I just sink into it and it's warm as well. I love it.”

“Love this mattress. Our first was a Cali King and the comfort experienced is amazing. No partner disturbance. We have since bought a Queen for the spare room. Now our guests stay too long. LOL!”
