“I am very happy with my purchase and service provided by Winkl in that process. The extra comfort level of the "Lux" mattress is providing me good sleep and while i had to negate the 15 year warranty by chopping off a small width margin to fit my caravan - i am comfortable the mattress will survive the warranty period in good shape.”

“The Winkle took us a while to get used to as it’s much firmer than we expected. My partner has always had firm beds and this one he loves, it’s made an incredible difference for him. He’s 6’6 and has always struggled with back problems and once we got our bed his back issues changed phenomenally. He still gets a bit sore every now and again but no where near as bad as before. As for me it’s too firm for me as someone who has always had soft beds and I think my body does prefer them. It doesn’t give me any issues though but would love it if it was a bit softer.”

“We bought the Lux king mattress. It arrived quite quickly after we confirmed delivery details - probably about five days, and we are in the South Island. The staff responded quickly to emails. The mattress arrives in a long thin box and when you get it out of the box it puffs up very quickly to a proper mattress. Its quite high. Its very comfortable. We had a very expensive mattress before (but the cat peed on it while we were overseas and it wasn't dealt to) and this mattress is as good or probably better. I put a mattress topper on it and its just lovely - in fact I lay down on it just to see how it felt and fell asleep when I wasn't intending to. I also bought two of the pillows - WINNER! they are the best pillows I ever had, they feel lovely and aren't too high. I'm very pleased with my purchases. Would I buy from them again - yes I would definitely buy from Winkla again. No need for 90 day return - I'm happy.”

“Products as advertised. Good company to deal with. Not really convinced foam mattresses in a box are any better than traditional spring mattresses nor that they're making much less of a profit on them than the big players mid range offerings. Ended up only paying $400 more for a mid-range Pocket Spring SleepMaker vs the Wink Lux”

“Mattress is everything it was advertised as. Quick delivery. Had to follow up as free pillow promo didn’t activate as it should have, staff asked me to prove the promo was legit which I found odd (why would you not be aware of your own businesses promos??). Mattress quality is good though”
