“Such a comfortable bed and pillow combo. Took awhile to get used to but now I couldn't go back. Just need to buy the size up in sheets as the mattress is much thicker than others.”

“At first with all the advertising saying Winkl was disrupting the mattress industry with quality at affordable prices I did question the cost of the bed frame and if that really could be considered affordable? I already have a new mattress from another company. It was expensive and I when it arrived I was underwhelmed. My children also got new mattresses from yet another company. Theirs were cheap and along with a new slat frame seemed more comfortable than my expensive new mattress. Although my mattress was new it was placed on a second hand frame that was bought in a hurry. Its creaky and old. When the Winkl bed frame went on special I bit the bullet and upgraded. When the boxes arrived I could feel the quality just by the weight. The three pieces to the base are very heavy. They fitted together easily. On assembly it was noted that there was a screw insert missing which was a small but vital part in the construction. I emailed Winkl and they sorted out a replacement panel and pick up of the one with missing insert super quickly. I can't quite believe the difference the base has made to the comfort of the mattress. Its life changing. I take back the average review of my mattress now as this has completely changed. I recommend the Winkl base to anyone. Solid, stylish, no creaks at all and it fits together very easily.”

“I got two winkl pillows one for me and one for my husband. The husband loved his immediately! I took about a week as I’m use to a very flat pillow and my head was raised more with this pillow. I have to say I no longer have a stiff neck anymore, so I’m hoping that continues for the years to come. The pillow is easy to get in and out of the cover to wash, no matter what I use it never gets as white as when I first pulled them out of the box however. The small zipper scares me it looks so flimsy I’m terrified it’ll break at some point soon in the future. Overall a great feeling pillow, I don’t overheat with it, I don’t get a stiff sore neck anymore and hopefully this continues into the distant future. Service was seriously fast as was communication and I’m glad it’s a New Zealand company even though sadly the carbon footprint is slightly further afield. I’ll look at getting a mattress from winkl and the cool looking frame once my currents have past their lifespan all going well.”
