“The collection and delivery excellent couldn't fault it, all in time when they said. Excellent communication. Luckily the sender of my parcel had packed them very well as the parcel was very fragile it was written all over the box and I had notified the company it was exceptionally fragile it was in red too all over the box but the box had been squashed very badly so had obviously not considered this, luckily not broken. I would worry about using again for fragile items unless you know the package is really packed well.”

“Initially I was worried because it seemed to take some time before the goods were collected but in fact they kept me very well informed of progress with regular texts and emails. Product was in a good state on receipt. Many thanks Xpert!”

“prompt collection and delivery. item well wrapped and protected though had to pay an additional £10 for this service. the delivery person was really helpful and professional.”

“Picked my parcel up on the wednesday was advised delivery would be the friday. Friday was advised it would be delivered on the Saturday which unfortunately was no good as the recipient was a school was advised it would go on monday it eventually got there on the Tuesday other than that service was fine”

“Collected and delivered bang on time. Guys were polite and helpful. Only negative was asking for balance of payment when delivery was made. I had already paid several days previously.”

“I have never used this kind of service before and was impressed with how quickly I received the item. I was kept informed through the process. The only issues I had were that I had to organise the pick up rather than the courier getting in contact with the seller themselves and that because it is only a 1 man courier this can be awkward for heavier items. I would definitely use this service again though as the price was a lot better than other companies ( May be because they use 2 men instead of 1 ? ) .”

“Positive experience. Picked up immediately but because of my time constraints, had to wait for delivery. Could answer phone a bit better. Got back to emails during weekday but not on weekends. Only 1 man for the price however. Will use again.”

“Very quick. Some problems communicating with seller (I had to get in touch with seller a few times who said he hadn't heard from them). But that could have been down to the seller not Xpert delivery, I'll never know!”

“On the whole, very pleased with the service. Item was delivered in perfect condition and staff were polite and helpful. Delivery date was changed and this was only communicated at the last minute. However, this would not put me off using this company again in future and I would recommend them.”
