“They rates are very competitive. The communication with the company was excellent, via email and phone. The driver was very polite a didn't even ask for help to load heavy items. The tracking functionality worked well. I would definitely use the service again.”

“Really enjoyed watching my chair being driven all over the map on my phone. Professional service despite a slight mixup with the pickup of the chair. Arrived slightly late but then I fin this happens with every delivery company ever known to man. Very nice people. Cheaper than the competition yet at least as good!”

“Xpert delivery arrived in the 3 hour time slot they had given me. They were transporting an expensive set of Willis & Gambier drawers from North Yorkshire to Dorset. The drawers arrived completely unscathed and in good time. Would definitely use again.”

“I sell expensive and heavy antique furniture online and have used Xpert Delivery for nearly all of our deliveries for around two years now. As an eBay seller their newly implemented delivery tracking ensures I receive my Paypal payments in good time. I also love the text message around an hour prior to collection which allows me to actually watch the van moving on a Google map, from my smartphone, without a wifi connection necessary. Communication with myself and my customers is excellent and I regularly get calls or messages from customers complimenting the professionalism and good manners of the drivers. Prices are extremely competitive but standards are high, if we have had an item damaged there have been no issues working it out with Xpert for compensation or free deliveries later. I will be continuing to use Xpert as a priority over any other courier as has been the case for a long time now!”

“Great service, excellent comms including a call an hour before collection, friendly driver who was more than helpful, my sofa was also delivered exactly when they said they would again by two friendly helpful staff, couldn't have asked for more.”
