“Very helpful calls with Suzan in the office who remembered by booking details from last time and made all the arrangements for me. Great service again. Thank you. Please note, your phone lines are not very clear at all and this caused some misunderstanding with my previous delivery where the garage could not hear what you were saying. I also experience noises like you're calling me from underwater!! I am used to it, but your first time customers maybe less fortunate. I hope this is of some help. All the best. Gordon”

“Bought an item of furniture on Ebay 260 miles from home. Really didn't fancy the trip. Used this service. EXCELLENT. Could not have been more helpful, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend using this company.”

“I had a very bad experience with a previous courier but the difference with xpert delivery was fantastic. They kept me up to date were really helpful on time and totally reliable. The courier was pleasant and I would most definatley recommend. My first experience using Shipley was a dreadful one but thanks to the great customer service i had with xpert delivery I will use them again and as an ebay user I am so glad I found them.”
