“Great service - Great product - beautifully arranged and presented. My only comment is that I didn't receive a phone call prior to delivery as expected, so I was unable to take the delivery and gift it. The recipient answered the door. The delivery lady was excellent, and maybe she didn't have a chance to read the instructions...... This would be my only comment requiring future action.”
