The flower stand I ordered looked bigger/prettier than in picture. The customer service was responsive/ friendly and helpful in giving suggestions. The delivery was within time range and i was updated of my gift deliver/receipt. I am very pleased with Xpressflower and we definitely use them again!

Great service from the team! They acceded to my request to change the wrapper colour and replied promptly to my email coz I misspelled the recipients's name. Delivery status is also updated at every step so I can make sure I have ample time to "hint" to my recepient. My friend is very happy to receive the flowers and gift. Staff Melody and Hui Xian (at AMK Hub) are friendly, warm and helpful. They attended to my wants with care and attention. I really enjoyed the awesome customer service provided by them. Please acknowledge their amazing joyful efforts and may they are rewarded monetary for their extra service they had given to their happy customers! The system was super efficient and highly recommended to other customers at the delivery date. I was not only informed by the Staff who called me and told me the flower was delivered based on my instructions to leave at the door due to the Circuit Breaker restrictions, and also received a sms text (i guess from the delivery staff). Afterwhich, I had received an e-mail notifying me that the order was completed. It was such an amazed pleasant shopping experience for me! Thank you, your happy customer Jolene

very good customer service, very friendly and willing to go out of the way to help out. i was very confused when i was buying the flowers and the lady guided me throughout patiently and laughed with me and made the entire browsing experience pleasant and lovely. will definitely be my default place to purchade flowers from now on.

My recent order - Winter Romance 9 stalks bouquet - is not quite good. Disappointed due to (1) Blue gem in the flower design was not available, but its the colour recepient likes. (2) The green leaves used have lots of aphids, see photo white spots. (3) The bouquet had many ants when recepient checked in... Giving 3 stars due to my order last year was ok. Only now has issues. Tks.

Was okay everything was great and the lady that helped me with my last min order was very patient. Only unhappy when i ask for the flowers to be delivered at a later time they are unable to assist me.

I am very disappointed with today's order. The 'From the heart' bouquet from your website has more pink roses. And it was supposed to be a birthday bouquet. However, the bouquet you sent was mostly white roses. It is not so appropriate to have so much whites for a birthday bouquet. I feel so sad.
