“Bouquet quite small for the price. Other florist I get a bigger bouquet at a cheaper price.”

Upon checking, our florist did follow the dimensions stated from our website and even make it a little bit bigger. “Although I was informed of the change in colors of the tulips but the appearance was really disappointing. From yellow tulips to white tulips, the entire arrangement looked really sad and gloomy instead of the happy and vibrant feel. Very disappointing”

“We've ordered flowers from Xpress flower on a few occasions and we are thankful for their commitments towards providing the best quality products as well as trustable delivery service. In addition, their staff, Ms Lovelyn goes beyond extra mile to follow up on the order including providing pictures of the final product being shipped. We are totally happy with their overall service. Today's order, though last minute, was delivered earlier than expected as well as making the recipient overjoyed with their beautiful and big roses including 4R picture. Two thumbs up and definitely recommend to everyone.”

“Nice place, food is good. Just that ventilation need to be improved. Cooking smoked smell very strong, very uncomfortable for my lung. But service is nice, we requested to change table, for a nicer seat for a better experience, cos it’s our first time, they opened up a closed area for us. Nice! 👍”

“Online payment did not work. After 3 failed attempts, I had to request the CS representative to provide me with a payment link via chat. Sender Names were different from what I specified in the order. The actual card in the flower arrangement had "President and CEO" added in the end which we did not ask for. It was embarrassing.”
