“2023 Jan 13 I was using WhatsApp to talk to Xpreeflower due to my location. The person at the Xpress end was very patient with my many customization requests. S/he took the time to make certain that s/he understood what I was requesting; had photos to show the substitutions etc. Xpressflower did send over photos of what they've sent out for delivery. My sister sent over what they received at the hospital pretty soon after the delivery. The flowers looked exactly per their website photos and the modifications they've done per my request. And they did it in such a short period. It was a last attempt for me to shower my mother with her great love of flowers. And Xpress did a super job. I would not hesitate to use Xpressflower for any future need for flower delivery in Singapore. Thank you for all your effort.”

“Hi Sam, my recent purchase experience was not a good one. I ordered a new born balloons but 1 of the balloons came deflated. Your staff called and sent a replacement. Recovery is good, however I feel the initial contact with client should be a positive one, instead of using recovery means. I have been with XpressFlowers for a long time and I would you and your team do recognize that. Thank you.”
