“I have been using XpressFlower.com with Eileen Tan who is the florist located at Bedok Mall with most of my orders for flowers for family members and friends. Eileen us a very patience lady and always provide advice when it comes to selecting the flowers . Delivery to recipients have also been punctual . Hi Rey, Thank you for the feedback. One of our delivery protocols before proceeding with the deliveries is to call/check the availability and confirm the address with recipient prior the sending out the item. One of our CS representative did try to call the recipient around 9:20am. Unfortunately, there was no answer and our logistics team needs to dispatch our morning deliveries as scheduled. Upon reaching the location, there was a instruction in front of the door which states "Please kindly place parcel and food delivery in the basket" which our driver followed and snap a photo for future reference. I have arrange one of our CS team to reach you and send the proof of the delivery and more details about your order. Thank you again and have a good day! Sincerely, Chuck CS Manager

“Very good follow through as I was notified that the order was confirmed, collected and delivered. The young lady that served me at NEX was very pleasant. Improvement to be made: Computer processes at the shop can be faster. Took a long time to get through different pages of the website. Did not allow customization such as to come up with your own flower basket. The website only permits change of flower color (from pink to red roses). I am giving a 4 star in the Review Box because the rating cannot be activated. Thank you.”
