“Really love their service! Ordered a grad bouquet on the day itself and requested for self pick up. Later on that day, their staff called me and brought up that a specific flower was not available at the outlet im collecting, hence she asked whether if its okay for it to deliver to my place w/o any delivery charge 😅🤩. Super great experience and bouquet turned out very beautiful!”

“I recemtly gave these guys a 4 star but I have to now take it back and make it 5 again. The customer service is next level. The fact they called and rectified any issues i had was amazing and then they also took my feedback for further improvement and it felt genuine. More companies need to learn from this style of customer service.”

“I called up to confirm the delivery as I did not received the confirmation email. Cassandra was very helpful and went the extra miles to help me check and change to earlier delivery. Everything was arranged very promptly and she closed the loop with follow up email and WhatsApp. Thumbs up 👍🏻”

Hi Helen, Thank you for the feedback, Venus our CS supervisor tried reaching you yesterday. As for the Eustoma flowers, those are normal and natural for brown color.
