“Good service to accommodate my last minute request to change something in the note sent with hamper. Especially love the next day delivery and even smsed me when delivery was successful. 2nd purchase this time and will definitely not be the last.”

“Great customer service and efficient service! Was disappointed with the quality of the balloons .the actual bouquet looked small and used too many white balloons . I could’ve made that bunch in under $6 :( I thought 50 plus dollars was too much . Hope the flowers are a better investment”

“I send a WhatsApp message on mobile and Sam responded within 3mins. It was a Saturday afternoon and I needed to arrange a wreath for a colleague's grandmother's funeral at the earliest time possible. I am very thankful for Sam's help to make my order process go through and provided me with a morning delivery time on Sunday. The order was easy and delivery was prompt. I also received notifications about the delivery.”

“Customer Service was prompt and swift.. Updates were given via whatsapp and they even provide photos of the final product before sending it out which was very thoughtful.. The floral wreath i ordered was very nicely done and the flowers used were very fresh. Customer service staff, Francesca, was very helpful too.. thank you very much XpressFlower team!”
