“The balloons did not stay afloat for even 12 hours. Helium balloons should last at least 24! For $53, you should use little larger plain balloons and linger strings. Very unimpressive bouquet”

Hi Meeta, Thank you for the feedback and taking our call earlier. As spoken helium balloon lifespan varies on the type of material of the balloon. Latex balloon normally last only for around 6hrs, place it in cooler temperature can help to extend this up to 8 hours. Hope this clarifies the matter. “Order process was easy and fuss free. After delivery, there was a SMS and an email to say someone has acknowledged. Shortcoming is there is no way I can check if the flower was really delivered as my client had 70+ flowers sent there on that day. It would be a hassle and sounds petty to ask her if she has received it. There is also no way I can answer your questions below on whether who made the delivery and whether the item was damaged. A photo proof would suffice.”

“It was my first time ordering flowers for a special event, the staff of XpressFlower of PLQ mall outlet was very helpful in noting down my flower orders and special requests for them. I communicated with them via WhatsApp where I was able to convey the specifications of my order. They were also fast in processing my order and tending to my queries as well, the online payment via PayNow was also very convenient to make payment for my orders. Thanks XpressFlower, the delivery of the flowers was a success as well! :)”
