“I called to ask for the note to be removed, but it wasnt removed. It was an inappropriate note for the event which i realized later in the day. Got into a nagging session because of this. Unreliable customer service.”

“I like it that you email me a picture of the arrangement when it’s done and before delivery. This was not done previously. A good change. Also subsequent emails to update me of the movement. Very much appreciated!”

“Good experience. But suggest you guys enable your online order platform to enable payment as well and lessen the work for yourselves with manual input of order details and sending payment links afterwards. Would have been more seamless. Thanks.”
