“Truly a beautiful graduation bouquet! The arrangement was stunning and made the special day even more memorable. Everyone adored it — it was elegant, joyful and totally captured the celebratory vibe. The whole process was seamless; we could feel the thoughtfulness and care in every detail. The final bouquet was surprisingly gorgeous than we imagined! Big thanks to Fish, the talented floral designer, and the team at Clementi Mall for your coordination and awesome work!”

Hi Helen, Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe one of our Customer Service team members has already been in touch to explain the situation regarding the delivery. The item was handled by our third-party courier, and based on our coordination with them, the driver mentioned he attempted to ring the doorbell a few times but did not receive a response. Unfortunately, he failed to inform us of the issue at the time, which prevented us from promptly updating you. We’ve since reported the matter to the courier company to help prevent similar situations in the future. “1st experience with Xpress Flower.com with nothing but good comments: products are good with reasonable prices, prompt delivery, pre-delivery notification with photo of flowers and message is the first and only one we encountered dealing with other flowers places - I gave an AAAAAAAAA rating on this. Highly recommend anyone sending flowers to their loved ones! :-)”

“Great Service, Well Worth, Flowers are Fresh and Beautiful as photos provided. The Delivery Service is Great and Follows all Instructions as required. I like to mention the Staff are helpful, thoughtful and friendly. Especially Fish, the Girl ( Clementi Mall) who really done a great job. She is Professional, Passion, And Love in her role , she takes Pride in her work, creative, follow thru, initiative and dedication, she’s cheerful , thoughtful and helpful. She’s not only a florist and she is also an Excellent Customer Service person. She deserves more, should be an Customer Service Executive. Dated 6/7/2025 ( from SYD)”
