“Ordered 12 stalks of yellow rose. Most of them withered fast. Left 3 surviving ones after 2 days…. Latest update: XpressFlower had responded my feedback the moment I put up this feedback. There was some mistake made during the packing of the bouquet. My flowers were replaced with a new bouquet within the very same day, plus some other tokens!!! Really appreciate XpressFlower’s rapid response to address this issue and their sincerity to make up for this incident. We were very very happy with XpressFlower’s arrangement !!! We like the replacement bouquet!!! Thank you XpressFlower, your staffs are really patience and professional, thank you so much😀😀😀”

“1st time order from here , fast delivery, the staff call me within 15min and confirm my delivery , order say will reach 6pm to 959pm. Only reach within 2hr. Best ever. This is the best xpress flower shop I have seen. Thank you so much. Appreciated.”
