“Crappy service. Promised a same day delivery. Said from 1pm-5pm. Followed by 6pm. Then 6.30pm. Yet flowers not received and email state that item is delivered.”

“There is no update from the system on the status of delivery e.g driver is on the way or driver has completed the delivery via SMS. Only received update via email once delivery completed.”

“Angelica is very kind to help me process an urgent delivery of flowers to my daughter. its a belated birthday bouquet. Then i changed address after knowing my girl actually got sick & stayed home that day. She also helped me to change the delivery address.”

Hi Gecko, Thanks for your feedback about your experience with us. As per checking with our logistics team, Our courier tried ringing the intercom a few times, unfortunately there was no response. Our courier then tried approaching the security, which is as per his instruction, the said unit informed to just leave the item at the guard house. Our apologies that we have failed to inform you that we left the item with the security. We have taken note of this and raised it to the concerned department.
