“Very efficient and friendly service. I received a whatsapp message instantly when my card details didn't go through. And when I corrected it, your staff confirmed instantly. I'd also received an email with 3 photos of the flower arrangement and the message I'd written, as requested. Your team identified themselves by name in the whatsapp and email which I liked. Well done.”
