Very prompt service at the vivo store and over live chat with my order with an urgent delivery! Really appreciate the updates from the time my order was placed to when it was delivered!

I purchased the congratulations flower stand last minute on Sat noon. However, I was glad that you can deliver the same day. The process is so fast and will purchase again in future although I have to pay extra for the delivery charge. Thank you

Flowers were delivered during the delivery window scheduled. However, flowers were rather subpar because they don’t look fresh, more like a little dried out

The constant email update was great. So we can track the fulfilment progress. However, the delivery was late. Supposed to be before 6pm, but ended up delivered only around 8pm. We wanted the flowers to be delivered first, before we arrived to the wake, but it didnt happen. So my boss was a little embarrassed and upset. First thought to mind is "next time cannot order from this shop again" There was a call to me around 5pm to inform me the delivery would be late, but should arrive before 7pm. But still the delivery was late. So a little disappointment. As there was a lot of flowers at the wake, we could not find our flowers. My boss asked if there is a picture or not. I could not find it in the receipt or the order sheet. Would be cool if can include a picture of either your website photo or actual photo of our flowers.

Order did not processed and sent to the respective collection location. Staff at PLQ service is poor particularly handling the problems caused by the HQ order dept. Couldn't commit to the delay delivery time and also no counter offer.

Was told the delivery will be late. However the flowers was delivered 5minutes after the scheduled timing which is not too bad. The flowers smell nice and will recommend people to buy this for their partners

I apologize that during delivery, one stalk of the flower was damaged. The delivery personnel should have informed the HQ about the damage instead of delivering it.
