“I want to thank the team. Great customer service.. the first check-in to inform that flowers/gift will be delivered within the stipulated/selected time. Then received confirmation upon delivery. The flowers and cookies were a farewell gift for a team member leaving us. The team and I were on a MS Teams call with her when it arrived. She was super happy and surprised. It was worth it. “My order was made at the very last minute and I was pleasantly surprised that xpressflowers was able to honour the order in a timely fashion. Not only did its service crew call me first thing in the morning to double confirm the order, they followed up with 2 text messages to tell me that 1) the delivery will be made soo ; & 2) the delivery has been made. And the flower gift basket was received in good condition! They’ve proven to be reliable and I’ll use them again.”

“Have been using XpressFlowers service since my early days of dating my girlfriend (and now wife), whether its at the physical shop or buying online, their services never fails to deliver. I do not mind paying them a premium higher price if they always deliver smiles to the recipients of the flowers/gifts and always on time and zero issues/delay :)”
