“Hi Sam, There's something in the process that can be improved. When the flowers was delivered i received an unsigned delivery order in my email which doesn't help confirm the delivery was completed in any way. It would be perfect if I could have a snapshot of the flowers on delivery or at the very least a signed delivery order by the recipient. Would put the customer at ease of mind instead of having to call the recipient or trying to find out on his own whether the delivery was successful or not. Thanks and Regards, Alex”

“Went to the store at tampines mall and was greeted warmly by the florists. Had a request for 2 newly wrapped bouquets and the florist completed the task beautifully and quick too. price is reasonable and flowers are fresh. Bouquets are also arranged prettily. Thank you, am pleased with the buys.”

“Timing for delivery needs improvement. They will message you 5 minutes before they arrive unlike other flowershops that gives you ample time. You should change your delivery service provider as they are not consistent on their timing. Last time I ordered, they were late. The timing too generic. I was'nt able to surprise my wife again. Thinking a lot if I will go for you guys again.”

“Did the order 1 day in advance, the online purchase was smooth and very professional. Did a join the newsletter got a discount. Excellent. Flower arrived, it was fresh..beautiful n most important thing...my wife loves it a lot..its her fav flower. Thank u guys for making my wife's bday a memorable event!! 👍👍”
