Amazing flowers, amazing customer service. I appreciate Nica emailing me a photo of the flowers before it was delivered, which was unexpected but a very thoughtful gesture. It's the little things like that that makes customers feel assured. Wonderful experience overall.

Requested for self-collection at the compassone branch at 11am on the 14th but on the day itself, my flowers were not sent to the branch for collection. The worst service i had, considering i have been ordering my flowers from them for a few years.

Hi Terrance I apologize for our delivery partner sending your item to the wrong address. It was a long day, and due to fatigue, he misread the unit number. Upon being notified of the error, we rectified the issue within the next 15-20 minutes. My CS team has: - Refunded your delivery fees. - Provided a voucher to dine at our Xpressflower HQ Knots Cafe. Fast delivery but lack of chinese-writing help. As we are ordering for overseas relatives, the names and messages must be in traditional chinese.We had to search for Chinese message instead of help desk providing us.

If you do not want to be disappoint in terms of failed delivery or delivery not on time, choose XpressFlower. Tried different florists, and they are the most reliable.
