“The bouquet is okay, but the delivery was late. I paid delivery fee for the bouquet to arrive between 9am and 12.59pm, but it arrived few minutes after 1pm.”

“I am grateful that XpressFlower went the xtra mile to accede to my request of a photoshot of the items that would be delivered to the same recipient. Much appreciated! The pretty lilies were bright just like what was shown in the picture but the cake design looked a little different from the picture posted on the website. Overall, I am a satisfied customer. Will give a rating of 4.2 out of 5 and order from XpressFlower again.”

“Very thankful to the staff for adhering to my special request which was to deliver before noon and also for highlighting to me regarding the issue with the outer wrapper. “When I first called Xpressflower.com to request a fruit and flower basket be delivered to my friend, I spoke to Venus who really impressed me. She was polite, efficient and followed through to ensure the delivery was made on time. Thank you and Well done!”
