“flowers are fresh and presentable. delivery is as per scheduled. the only problem i faced is that i cannot pay online using amex card. after entering card number it forced to use 16 digit which is master/visa. other than that, everyone is very good. will buy again.”

“Was glad that the flowers was delivered successfully finally, at the second attempt when the recipient did not respond the first time. Was told that there will be a delivery charge for the 2nd attempt but was exceptionally glad that XpressFlower was so nice to try delivering again without any additional charge. Thank you XpressFlower! ☺️ It definitely makes our day as well as for the recipient. Thanks again!”

“Love-lyn was manning the chat when I needed to send an urgent wreath for a friend. Love-Lyn was very responsive. My daughter gave me a nickname “Karen”. If you know what that means. Love-Lyn assisted with required amendments. The “To: “ was missing in the message. She also clarified for me on my discount as a new customer. Love-Lyn assistance helped me to proceed with the online order as I was about to go to the next company. My first issue was due to a prompting that says, “You do not have addon” Love-Lyn guided me and assured me in my online booking. The text messages to confirm my order was very helpful.”
