“The units are good but I think they should be sold with DAB dongle. All of the new models are capable of receiving it.”

“Fast delivery and good communication. Pleased with my OBDII unit which connected easily to my Xtrons head unit and gave me visibility of fault codes and engine data.”

“Good product, shame about the poor documentation. Also, the website says "support will be direct with the XTRONS team in the UK" it's not, tech support is in Hong Kong so there is an 8 hour time difference.”

“I bought an Xtrons Android 12 Head Unit for my Ford Focus. It came with all the wiring necessary, so it was pretty much plug & play. It also came complete with the replacement facia for my model. I have to say I was blown away by the quality of the unit and facia. Once installed, It looks factory fitted. I did have a couple of issues with the air-con and door-open warnings showing around the wrong way. I contacted support, and they gave me instructions on how to change the settings. Everything now works fine, and extremely happy with my purchase.”

“Customer service brilliant, always answered my questions within a couple of days which is good as they are on "Hong Kong" time. Product shipped promptly. Main problem with the product is it does not have any fitting instructions. The cables are labelled but there are multiple cables with the same labelling, for example, there are 3 x “Aux in L” and 3 x “Aux in R” and no information to where they connect so it ends up “trial and error” In total there are 38 individual cables so its quite a job. I downloaded a photo from a chap on the internet which gave more clues to where they connect to which helped.”

“Do not have my unit, Xtron has failed to ask dpd where my unit is. It was supposed to be left at the Post Office as i have had various items stolen from my door.Not happy ar all. There seems to be a language difficulty with the support team.”
