If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Absolutely useless. Have failed to deliver two separate parcels in the space of a week, both times claiming to have delivered. The first time, they could not provide any proof of delivery. The second time, a photo on the Yodel app was not my door. They are impossible to contact by phone. Their webchat is a series of cut-and-paste responses from India promising to escalate, but it's just a black hole. Nobody ever gets back to you. From now on, any online company who uses Yodel will not get my business. How Yodel themselves manage to stay in business is beyond me.

They have had my parcel at the depot for a week and just keep saying it will be loaded on the next available van. Very disappointed 😞

Was waiting for a delivery on Sunday for new phone and today is Sunday and still waiting no communication at all from yodel im surprised they are still in business

Awful company ..webchat and phone ''customer service'' ..only there to distract delay and make you waste time until you go away (reams of webchat nonsense) truly truly awful experience and wasted hours trying to resolve where my parcel went (after waiting in for 2 days ) when it was tracked to within 2 stops of my house Steer clear and I wouldnt wish Yodel on my worse enemy ..and a week later ..still no parcel..it might be lost ..contact the retailer ..is the advice given on the phone

Ordered a birthday present from Argos. Selected the delivery day. No notification or delivery messages/emails. Called Argos -they had no view of what happened. Told me to wait 4 hours to Yodel to reply. Checked the Yodel site with a tracking number provided by Argos - turns out item is still sitting in the Yodel warehouse. I have no idea what's going on, no one is replying to the help chat. I look bad for missing someone's birthday. Yodel's only reply was that they have high demand and can't say when the item will be delivered. This is awful service. Especially when paying extra for named day.

Yodel delivery drivers are notorious for dumping parcels outside and marking them as delivered. I suspect it happens due to the amount of pressure they are put under. My parcel that was dumped outside and marked as “delivered” is now missing in action. Yodel take no responsibility for this as driver marks as delivered and his van shows he was near my property and online seller takes no responsibility either. Yodel seem to be the only company that operate like this. This is the third time in a few years. Last time I lost £150 of batteries and this time I will be out of pocket of £20. Yodel are in no way interested in helping. When contacted they just send a generic email saying driver was recorded in my area which of course is useless as I already know that. When online sellers state who they use to deliver I always body serve Yodel for this exact reason but again I have been stung.

Had two parcels from different seller’s different locations, both parcel got as far as Preston then disappeared. Yodel customer service useless, they just say get in contact with the sellers, it’s nothing to do with the sellers as it’s Yodel that has lost them or stole them. Now when I purchase anything if Yodel is the carrier I will not buy

They are thieves! Every single one of them are conspired to steal your parcel! The driver didnt even ring my doorbell and said he “delivered” the parcel, when i asked them to produced proof they couldnt, only citing gps location as proof?? Wtf?? Getting in touch with them is uselessly as they are all scammers in cohorts! Getting in touch with uniqlo is also useless as they are all together in this cesspool! They are all thieves and will continue to steal from u!

I strongly recommend organisations such as RNLI NOT to use this company as their courier since they are not only incompetent but also impacting the reputation of the organisation contracting with them. What can I say? – appalling service at every level of the organisation. Though I do feel sorry for the Webchat team who must spend all day dealing with irate customers with absolutely no way to help them since it’s obvious that they are under instructions NOT to pass complaints up the chain; any request for this is totally ignored with polite apologies that the matter will be dealt with. The “call us” phone number to raise a complaint is simply an automated system with no apparent way to actually speak to someone, you even get cut off by the system and the only recourse is to go back to the Webchat process – which is as noted a total dead end! My parcels journey started on 24th ~Nov with a message to say the property could not be found – this despite the local depot being less than 5 miles away, a journey involving only 3 left turns once on the main arterial road which the depot is adjacent to. The property can be found on Google maps, and most sat navs will take you to within 50m (there are only 6 properties in the post code, all on the same lane and most of them over a 300m stretch) I contacted Webchat to provide directions as requested – started typing in the information, being specific in light of the rural location and apparent inability to find the property. Halfway through typing the agent closed the chat as I was taking too long to respond! So another 30 minutes was spent trying to get back to an agent. I was then promised the parcel would be out next day. Nothing came of course. This meant I had to delay the parcel over the weekend – so plenty of time for it to be put into the Monday schedule you would think. From then on it has been a daily routine of getting through to the webchat agent who would apologise, tell me that the parcel would absolutely or even “MUST” be delivered that day – even at 5:30pm (no delivery window having been imparted of course)! One operative “got in touch” with the Service Delivery Team who apparently reprimanded the driver (who as far as I know didn’t have the parcel since tracking stated it was still in the depot). That obviously either did no good or was a lie since 2 days later I’m still waiting to the system to update or receive and delivery window, having already been told today that its with the driver. I know if I get back in touch I will be told to wait until 9pm and then the whole fiasco will start again tomorrow!!!!! I am left with the distinct feeling that the driver never attempted to deliver the parcel on the original day (probably due to lack of time) and that since then the parcel has been lost but no one is willing to tell the truth!

Absolute waste of time. Apparently, according to the helpful chap on chat, the 4th time I messaged, they don't have phones or Sat nav. Lol. 12 days have gone by since the sender sent my parcel, still not got it yet. It spent 4 of those days sat in my local depot. Yodel is a complete joke.

I would give them a zero if I could! Said it had arrived at the local depot on 3 separate days. Where is my parcel :( There is no human interactions available on the phone and I’ve been waiting 5 hours on webchat for someone to be available. Absolute shambles of a company , they need to close down!!! Still no parcel , was meant to arrive between 10am and 13, it’s now 6pm and nothing but still says it’s coming 10-12. These delivery drivers are dreadful , where is my order parcel!!!
