“Parcel states delivered but no parcel. Customer service very poor as they promise to update you but you have to do chasing and still no parcel with no idea when I'm going to receive it or if I ever am going to receive it.”

“I ordered a motorcycle battery yesterday afternoon. This morning I got an email from Yodel saying it would be delivered today between 10:16 and 12:16. It was delivered at 11:05 by s smart and polite driver. It was delivered in excellent condition. It was how I would expect a delivery service to work so I am giving it 5 stars”

“Thank you for opportunity which I am very happy , i received on the last several months from your company parcels and I must to say your delivery again if I was not home call me by phone to inform , to day I decided writing a compliment to pay my respects to young man Dani , he is trustworthy and love to do he’s job perfect , he was last Monday 14/10/19 - 12.30 once again delivered parcel , I wish good luck to him and to Yodel business to have such trustworthy Employee . “we live out of the way etc and have had deliveries off "yodel" a few times. "never" had a problem with them etc. always deliver "on time". friendly service. " ebay" customer. etc.”

“Yodel emailed to say my order from H&M was left in my shed this afternoon and a card put through the door. No card and no parcel, so where has the driver left it?? Its going to take 24 hrs to get some answer from Yodel Very unhappy customer.Why do online sellers use such awful delivery company. They should be banned.”

“Excellent service everyone I have my parcel delivered by the same man and he gor above and beyond to male reviving your parcel easier I sat in waiting for my parcel and missed it as I had to collect children from school and he came back on his last run as he lives in Westhoughton that's dedication to his job always on time very polite thank you please give this man a pay rise”

“Having several delivery's from Yodel in the past I have not been happy where my items have been left but twice now a new driver has been coming and he is such a polite well dressed helpful guy, apparently he has only just started work with Yodel. I am very impressed with him.”

“When I order goods from a company, I always ask them (where I can) to use Yodel as they are very efficient and the delivery drivers are very friendly and always leave my goods where I want them to if I am out.”

“After many issues a few years ago I have had 2 deliveries in the last month. On the stated delivery day they say when the parcel is en route and give a 2 hour delivery time slot and display the location of the van on Google maps. Wonderful!”
