Yodel attempted a delivery of flowers to a relative after 6pm to Barry Downs Carnoustie on Tuesday 19th May. Unfortunately the delivery was unsuccessful as the reception point closes at 5 pm. I missed a phone call from the delivery driver informing me of attempted delivery and a message was left for me. I phoned the driver the following morning and he immediately said he would ensure the flowers were delivered before 5p. He again phoned me to say that the delivery would be in the next half hour. I received a phone call about 20 min later to say the delivery was completed and flowers beautiful. A massive thank you to Robbie Smith the Tayside delivery driver who went out of his way to ensure the flowers arrived at their destination. Robbie’s customer service was excellent and I was most impressed with Robbie’s drive to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks a million Robbie.

Booked a Timberland return online with Yodel. Driver turned up on day booked and everything went as planned. During these difficult days they should be congratulated on their reliability. I would definitely recommend them.

Well what can I say my delivery did not arrive even though tracker status says posted through letter box, got no joy from Yodel all they say is it says delivered, I asked for photo to prove delivery but they say you have to contact the supplier.WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH, other delivery firms take photos that are available for you to view.

The driver Nazzier has been brilliant coming back the following day when Iv been out on his first attempt to deliver he’s happy and explains everything if costumers don’t under stand.

Had parcel delivered to me I never even ordered , nonsense of a firm and they addressed my email in guys name to me who had it ordered to my address in error. Am trying to get parcel back to them or him if he's lucky but they are robotic and not brightest button in box , Royal Mail far better RTS etc .Honesty is best policy but their customer service is joke 2 or 3 ending chat , eventually 1 was helpful lets see if parcel is picked up ?

Best UK delivery service by a long way. Tracking facility is SUPERB showing exactly where delivery van is and how many stops he/she has to make before your own ( updated live ) OUTSTANDING delivery service. Highly recommended

In a Covid world for many people the Yodel driver may be the only person they see in days. If I had been unfortunate enough to be one of those people, I couldn't have wished for more friendly, accommodating, smiley person to deliver my parcel. He would not only have made my day, but made my week! Thank you so much 🙂

Put a card in my letter box simple wrote BIN ! Only problem was the bin was out for waste collection day contract eBay seller who’s as thick as yodel both say it’s been delivered!!! Hopefully eBay will refund me .

Excellent delivery every time. The same driver makes our deliveries and is always within the time slot always polite and adheres to the current rules I would love to be able to send a thank you to his depot but cannot find out how to do this

Excellent service from Yodel,3 day delivery time to Cornwall...amazing at this busy time of year.....Royal Mail took 3 weeks to deliver to the same address ! The tracking was very good & informative....would use again in the future

I would have left no stars but didn’t think it was an option. For the past 9 months they have been leaving all my parcels from Zioplus at the top of the lane, in the lane, outside my neighbours house. This is despite numerous calls to them and online complaints about the issue and their reassurances that this won’t happen again. My elderly neighbour is fed up, I’m extremely fed up and feel like they couldn’t give a t**s. The parcels which I get from Zooplus are extremely heavy 24kg of cat litter plus tins of food, so I have to get a wheelbarrow to get them. Amazon, DPD and Hermes all manage to deliver to me without any problems. What is wrong with them? I have to use them as this is who the company uses. My most recent parcel ( tins only) wasn’t even left there this time- God knows where it’s been left this time. It’s really shocking that this just keeps on and on happening and I know it’s not going to change whatever else I do. Useless company and customer service in my experience.

I've no doubt that some have problems, but this site appears to be the repository for anyone who needs to give a bad review. Speaking of my own experience, I have never had a problem with Yodel. My last parcel, delivered this week, arrive a day ahead of original estimated time, and the driver was, as always, polite. The tracking system worked.

i ordered 2 ps5s and 1 xbox series x and all were delivered by yodel perfectly on time and on release date. Yodel's tracking worked perfectly as well. Not sure about others who have had bad experiences but I have had a perfect experience with Yodel. Special thanks to all delivery drivers who work from the Hayes Deport, they are doing an amazing job. Thank you!!
