“Very very disappointed. I waited in all evening and continually refreshed the delivery update page. No one ever buzzed my flat or left a card, and the delivery was eventually marked as 'attempted'. I contacted the customer service chat and was told the driver tried delivering to the wrong address. I have no idea how or why this would have happened but it seems to be happening to many other people as well. I was offered no real help and I am just hoping my package is delivered eventually without damage. If you have a choice, do not choose Yodel.”

“Lies and fibs from yodel , sat waiting for my parcel with lights on and what does yodel say ....oh no one was in and card left , luckily for me we have cctv to prove that yodel did not come. Oh and the excuses given is we went to the wrong address. Rubbish you were delivering to a business address with a massive sign !”

“Avoid using this company at all costs,waited in all day and watched tracking till I was next customer then received email that sorry missed you and calling card left? Customer service useless don’t waste your time contacting them the whole company seems to thrive on pissing off the customer and making sure you don’t get what you want when it’s due. Also went to yodel depot to collect parcel after confirmation email from company saying it’s ready to collect they were as rude and un helpful as the rest of their staff and took over an hour to find my parcel which by the way was damaged after all that. Seriously do not use this company avoid at all costs!”

“I am staggered, or maybe l shouldn't be, with the amount of fellow customers, that have been treated so badly by a callous, lying, money before customer company l have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. A company that lied about delivery, that was told it was on it's way, that late at night, my children were petrified. A company that doesn't bother leaving delivery card's and dump your parcels outside, in full view of all and in the rain. A company that lies claiming they have contacted the driver's and depot's to supposedly tell them off and l read, so many fellow customers have had the exact same treatment. A company that l sent over 25 emails too, whom answered 6 times, each time, their bluffing got worse. A company that is so despicable, so callous towards what keeps them in business, yes, customers. I am fuming, l got Resolver involved for support, but they can't do much. In what has been a terrible year for so many, losing jobs, losing loved one's and yet horrors like the people from Yodel, just take your money and don't give a sh-t !!! They should be avoided at all costs. Bad people get found out, so let's hope for nothing but bad time's for a company that should be closed down. How can people like this be allowed to operate and be allowed to treat people the way they do ???”

“Delivery driver drove straight past my house. They then proceeded to say they couldn’t find the property when I could see the van from the window. Have now updated to deliver tomorrow, fingers crossed they will be bothered to look for the house this time.”

“My heart sinks when I see that my package will be delivered by Yodel. They never deliver on the day they say they will and inevitable I will get an email to say that they attempted delivery but I was not in and a card was left. Home all the time and no card left. If this happened only once that would be fine - but it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.”

“Today: An email was received from them today to say a delivery was attempted and they had left a card. TOTALLY UNTRUE. We were in all day, errr tier 4 🤨, and no attempt was made for delivery nor any card left. This is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th time this inept and useless company has failed to deliver.”

“I ordered flowers and yodel said they delivered to a safe place the front porch I dont have a front porch and now the driver has said he went back and redelivered them so far from the truth Areana flowers refunded Next day another delivery I was home all day driver said no one home card left Most useless delivery company ever”

“This is the worst company I have ever come across. They are a lying thieving company. I have had endless issues with them from not delivery my packages when they should, to drivers lying about delivering packages and claiming either they have or “I have not been in” when they tried. If you have a choice of who delivers your packages when purchasing, always avoid Yodel.”

“Shocked to find my parcel is shown as delivered, and signed for in another county. I’ve not been anywhere due to being in Tier 4, so clearly, my parcel has been stolen by Yodel. How is this acceptable?”

“Had email to say parcel delivered and handed to resident (me). Obviously it wasn't. They did at least open an investigation when I contacted them only to be told a day later that the driver was traced to near my address. If he was down my street then clearly he/she struggled with the very difficult concept of matching the house number on the package with the number's on each house. I am not prepared to knock on every neighbour's door for their mistake. Fortunately eBay refunded me for money the product.”

“Deliveries have gone missing, and yet drivers mark them as delivered. Total nonsense, Yodel. Filing a complaint is just a waste of time, and nothing is being done about it. How much longer are they going to be allowed to trade? And why are they allowed to get away with it???”
