“ Double charged me for returns. Stated it was an error initially and to pay again and then was double charged. I then contacted their webchat 3 times without success to assist me and when I called and explained the problem the person answering the call just went silent for 1 minute and then hung up. Very unprofessional and not a service I am going to use again. ”

The company make no allowances for us very mature technophobes and I will never use them again. I may have to return my item via the Post Office in the o!d fashioned way !!!! ”
