“ I have tried all day to contact Yodel about a return to North Face which I booked on their returns page. However the whole system is robotic... I think only the drivers are human beings.... The company make no allowances for us very mature technophobes and I will never use them again. I may have to return my item via the Post Office in the o!d fashioned way !!!! ”

“ I then got a phone call 2 hours later to say it was in the depot and I could go and collect it I went down to collect it and again one of the parcels had exploded in the bag but this time it was so bad everything was soaking wet from the Makeup remover water with oil in it, all the clothes are ruined and I can’t even send the stuff back due to the papers for the returns were soaked through, all of the packages were soaked through that you couldn’t even pick anything up, Yodel don’t even seem the care. ”
