“ I then got a phone call 2 hours later to say it was in the depot and I could go and collect it I went down to collect it and again one of the parcels had exploded in the bag but this time it was so bad everything was soaking wet from the Makeup remover water with oil in it, all the clothes are ruined and I can’t even send the stuff back due to the papers for the returns were soaked through, all of the packages were soaked through that you couldn’t even pick anything up, Yodel don’t even seem the care. ”

I stayed in all day yesterday for a pickup, but no one came. Upon tracking it said parcel wasn't ready. An untruth. It's impossible to speak to anyone. Frustrated at a company's arrogance and disdain for a customer. ”
