Excellent prompt service from Ben at YGT. Left quote request in the evening via e-mail and very early the following morning Ben had secured a quote for our requirements. First class service. Would definitely use again.

Having had about a trillion voicemails (annoying!) from a yourgolftravel representative I finally had the time to sort out the details for our trip. After I had paid the deposit suddenly the guy I had been speaking to disappeared! massive shame as I like the company and have had no issues in the past and always felt whoever I was speaking to would go that extra mile for me but after my latest order I will probably be using one of their rivals for our next trip. Shame!

A very poor service no resonses to emails having to continually chase the sales contact. Still awaiting confirmation of the holiday 2 days after putting a deposit down - not impressed !

Hi Imran, Sorry you have been disappointed. It can take a little longer to confirm with our overseas agents. I am sure you can appreciate we would rather have a definite acknowledgement from them before we confirm with you to avoid any errors or disappointment. Error pages when booking on the website so wasn't able to confirm that it was booked until the next day when I received 2 booking confirmations. When I rang up to question this it was explained that the most recent email had updated tee times but this was not clear in the emails. I have asked via email and phone to amend the tee times issued and what time breakfast is at the hotel but had no answer or apology for the lack of information.

Phoned the golf club 2 change tee off times from my golf break booking. They had no record of my booking being made! Money was paid in full but no booking made with golf complex.. very poor and disapointing service. Wont use this golf travel company again :(
