“I PLACED 2 ORDERS, ONE WAS TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE XMASS AND THE OTHER JUST AFTER XMASS,NONE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO DATE! I AM IN SPAIN AND ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEM TO DO IS GIVE ME A DISCOUNT VOUCHER AND TELL ME THEY WILL CONTACT PUNTO CELERITAS BUT NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME.THIS IS THE FIRST TIME USING ZALANDO THAT I HAVENT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ORDERING IT.I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND SO FREAKIN FRUSTRATED!PREVIOUSLY THEY USED A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO DELIVER AND I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ENVIALIA,NOW IM JUST FREAKIN FRUSTRATED!”
