“I bought jacket from Zara last week.... It is Amazing, I used it for 1 week and I found minor defect in it,,,,and I got Disappointed, and Decided to Visit Zara Showroom in Emirates Mall ( Dubai ) As soon as I reach there I spoke to one of the Sales Representative about my Complaint. Them he Escorted me to Meet Mr. ADNAN The Men Section Manager...I discussed my Issue with him, and within 10 mins he Gave me best Aleternative option and it was 100% Worth, he provided the best Customer service. And he proved that he is Manager for Reason....Recomending ZARA to all my Friends..On Cash Counter Aprielle was Best person to Deal with. Thank you Guys....💫😇”

“I normally don’t write reviews,but I did this time! I just ordered the sample fragrance nce for men and I can’t say enough about it..I’ve always been a shopper for cologne brands for years and years,but I decided to try to sample this travel pack. Best marketing Zara could have done! 4 out of 4 I would and will purchase these bottles. I want to share this JEWEL but I don’t like smelling like anyone.(lol)I’d rather you ask me what are you wearing?!? Instead of knowing. So Zara if you need me to be part of the team please reach out and I would love to be part of this department. Best smells I’ve smelt in over a decade. You know it’s good when you can sample your ordered! Oh, I’m so excited!! I should get a percentage of how many I send your way..lol Thanks again”

“Zara made me happy, specifically an employee named Dhara. Another customer took a leather jacket I was waiting for, knowing it was not hers. Dhara made sure another one was promptly brought up for me. She was amazing. Thank you. Great customer service.”

“My daughter happens to work for a fashion magazine in Camden, Grazia and isn't able to wear anything "work related" at home, as it seems silly, but that doesn't stop me from shopping for her at the Zara store in the UK. Now that my daughter can venture outdoors for a bid of time I feel she should do so in London fashion and Zara never ceases to amaze with its variety and price listing as well as the delivery options. Thanks for helping me to keep my daughter in style!”

“Absolutely amazing service - probably one of the best o line deliveries I've ever had. I got FREE next day delivery which came at 9am in a lovely box with NO plastic and everything handfolded. Really nice shopping experience and I love Zara's dedication to the environment.”
