Made a £219 purchase, order stated delivery within the week. They didn't even have the item in stock, they keep telling me they will inform me when they have despatched the item. They don't listen to your complaints they just fob you off with a standard reply of "we are having issues in our warehouse". It seems almost impossible to get a refund. Total sham company

Waited over a month for ordered refused a refund as they are awaiting stock in the warehouse but can't tell me when they are getting any stock in 45 quid out of pocket and no game 2 weeks before Christmas absolutely disgusting

They lied to me that an item was in stock then after purchasing the item and then enquiring why it was 3 days late they said it wasn’t in stock..!!! The Customer service people are spineless liars

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE THIEVES! They employ absolute FOOLS in their Customer (NO) Service, who pump out generic emails in response to genuine questions about missing items. They are fraudulent in that they take your money but refuse to provide any proof of shipment and then keep changing the timeline for delivery or get another one of their monkeys to reply as if it is the first time they've ever heard of your complaint. No one answers their office phone - goes straight to message - no one replies from the email address they quote in the voice message and the feedback email they provide on their website bounces back as unknown. DODGY AF - DON'T DEAL WITH THEM !!!

Ordered item that was listed in stock. Took my money. Gave an estimated despatch date. Came and went. Still processing. Contacted to ask if there was a problem, to which they said that the supplier is waiting for stock, which they didn't know when it would be. I told them that lying to customers to get their money and advertising in stock, is totally not on. Asked for a refund as there are plenty else where, which they refused. Then they said it is in stock in their warehouse, and is waiting to be sent. Now it is not in the warehouse, and they still don't know when it will come to them. Laughable really.

Shocking company..avoid like the plague. Unable to contact as they have no telephone number. How can they accept an order, take the money and then demand that you send them via email a bank statement to verify your address and also a ID photograph???? It appears to me that they are in the business of collecting personal details for their own benefit. They have no contact details other than online forms. Why are they shy at providing a contact telephone number??? Thank goodness my bank has blocked them from ever taking money from my account.

Ordered 2 hoodies on offer, 2 months later and we are still waiting for them to arrive. They are suggesting I put Maldives as my home location, I wish I live in Yorkshire! Company refusing to refund suggesting I have to wait for the parcel to get back to them. I would never recommend anyone ordering anything from them. Their customer service is atrocious.

Ordered a 5 Blu-ray for £30 bundle. The one I wanted most never came as “their suppliers are out of stock” and they cancelled this part of the order the rest came in two separate deliveries. I had received an email saying about the delay but after over a month finally they contacted saying it won’t come so they cancelled it. This was after multiple contact enquiries from me. I also stupidly tried again on a clothes order which I was sent an email saying “we apologise for your order not being dispatched we are looking into why his has happened”. I attempted to cancel the order but have been refused my request. Steer clear!

Very disappointing. Received an email offering "20% off entire site until midnight" . This is a great offer as normally its 5-15% at best. I spent the next 1.5 hours choosing products, eventually ordering a games console, some dvds and a an xmas gift. Had to spend the time as it was a one day deal and i only had a few hours left to use it. (The best offers are always short) . Completed checkout. Code was ACCEPTED. Paid and got email confirmation of processing. All good. Next morning got an email saying they made a mistake with the pricing and had cancelled the order. I got no explanation as to WHAT the mistake was. they said i could re order at the correct pricess on the website but as i wasnt told what ones were wrong, how could i could i order again when all the prices were the same still???? I emailed customer service to ask for an explanation for what was wrong. Also to ask if they could offer me the 20% offer again so i could order the items. Waited 2 days and got a reply. They said the problem was the offer should not have allowed me to buy items that are already discounted . Meaning i can only buy full price items with 20% off. They told me all my items were already discounted so the offer should not have applied to me. Thats a lie anyway as one of my items was in fact full price... This means they either didn't bother checking properly or its just an excuse.... They pointed out they can cancel orders as its in their T&C's. Only concession they offered me was that i could have the 20% voucher again if i bought full price items... This wont help as so many of their items have a have "fake" price that is reduced heavily. This means you cant really buy anything so is a rip off. I had no alternative to offer 1 star as i wasted so much time and got nothing other than angry. I advise avoiding this company.

Bought an Xbox in November then they cancelled my order a few weeks before Christmas so had to buy elsewhere at a higher price as it was too late to get a similar deal. Will not use them again.

So poor, they dangle items in front of you, take orders, make all sorts of promises, but take WEEKS to deliver goods, if they deliver at all. Last order of mine made on Sept. 5th, still not received a month later. And when I say last order, I MEAN last order. Customer support is just full of auto-responses and meaningless platitudes that really just translate as 'we'll send it when we send it'. Embarrassingly poor for a company trading in a global, online, Amazon Prime-led marketplace. Strongly recommend people to not waste their time and effort, just to be disappointed.

Four orders in a row dispatched late - contradicting their own stated FAQs of goods dispatched between 10th and 15th of every month. Constantly having to chase for answers but don't get actual answers just usual copy and paste style apologies

I ordered a fridge and it arrived broken, but I was told I had to accept it and then get it re-collected. They took nearly a month to re-collect it, failing to collect on two occasions where I had to stay home from 8am-8pm. Customer service is lacklustre. There is no contact phone number, there is no online chat, you simply have to email and they may get back to you in 24 hours. Would not use again.

Ordered two Threads Subscription boxes on sale. Delivered, but book was same in both. Notified via Twitter Customer Support, who said at first, they were "out of stock" and would offer me £5 Store Credit - no thanks. Another Rep said the previous was "away with the fairies" - I think they tried to take the easiest route, and not look into it properly. The items were then re-sent, only to be given THE EXACT SAME ORDER - two of the same book, of which, was not representative of the image on the website, and no clause was given stating the cover received may differ. The conversation was supposedly 'passed on' for 'future staff training' - I'm sure it was... Got in touch again, only to be told they were "sorry you have not received the replacement items"; I did, they were wrong, telling me they don't really care too much about customer issues. Offered a full refund - £10, and postage label to send back. I'm awaiting a reply now after I denied that and said I'm waiting to get what I paid for. I'm not going out my way, taking my time, to return an item(s) THEY did not check, or even remedy. Appauling customer service. Would not recommend.
