“The poster frames were extremely shoddy. I had reasonable expectations having read a lot of reviews. Not expecting miracles but so much worse than was descrribed or I could have imaginec. One of the boxes arrived with the top cut off and papertaped over the end. The frame inside was dented. I kept them all when I shouldn't have but the hassle of calling people to fight about it so close to Christmas and paying to send them back myself seemed like adding insult to injury!!! Awful. Awful. Awful. This company should not be in business.”

“The product, a HON pedestal drawer, did have a lengthy lead time. This is understandable since it is an older version of the product line. When the unit was delivered, it arrived in excellent condition. Satisfied with this purchase.”
