“I will never purchase from this company again. My package was due to be delivered last Monday 12/5. It is now Wednesday12/7. I need the item ordered or I would not have ordered it. No one can find the package at this point. It has a tracking number with the USPS and it has not been scanned for tracking since 12/3. It is evident this company has ongoing delivery issues by their request to not write this review until their package has been found. Had I known this about this company I would not have done business with them. BUYER BEWARE.”

“I still haven't received my order some how it was sent to an address I haven't lived in in almost 4 yrs, and instead of yours guys just sending me out another one and then researching or trying to get that one back. I have to wait all this time for you to do God knows what. It's really been frustrating and due to this I have a ton of paperwork laying on my desk. Then when I emailed someone the first day I didn't receive it, let's just say my 18 month old is smarter than them. They kept telling me the tracking number and when it was delivered but I knew that already. I kept telling them that I understand that but I haven't received it. Was all around a terrible experience and I will stick to ***.”

“This is very poor quality. Even my children stood on it and said "cheap". I would never give this for a gift as intended. I am going through the process of returning. I assume I Have to pay an additional *** for return shipping. *** will teach me to not buy from this company again. Reviews were not accurate!”
