“I couldn't believe how quick the service was! I ordered what I wanted one day and it arrived the next. Even though it didn't affect the product, the box did arrive pretty beat up. But I am extremely happy with the company and the product.”

“I placed my order Nov 2. its Nov 14 and my order still has not arrived. The first order was damaged by UPS, Second order the box was empty as reported by UPS. No contact with me has been initiated. I have had to call and check on my order each time and no compensation for the poor service and I still don't have my product. I called customer service and she told me "she was listening" but really made me feel like I did something wrong. Use Zerbee at your own risk. I know I won't be using them again.”
