“Pictures on website misleading”

“I placed one order for 33 packs of Avery Sheet protectors (size 5 1/2 x 8) - I received the first shipment in 2 boxes - one box contained 12 the other 9. I called and told them I was short 12 packs. They then sent another shipment it contained 1 package. I called again saying I was still short 11. They then sent another shipment. This is not the most efficient way to run a business )-:”

“Easy to use the website. I thought that the folders were a little off color. The purple wasn't as vibrant as I thought it would be but that had nothing to do the Zerbee. I got what I ordered quickly and all in one order. Not several over the course of a few weeks.”

“I ordered a notebook with colored pages. I was under the impression the it was multi colored (blue, green, yellow, pink) but it only came with one color (blue). Which is fine it's the color I would have chosen if I chose but I think that color was sent to me from luck of the draw. If the customer only gets one color, I think it would be best to have a mechanism to choose.”

“I placed an order on Oct 27, to date have not received the order. Called this morning left message on voice mail. Never received a call back. Called and spoke to ***. She informed me that the order was never sent and someone had sent out new order and I would receive tomorrow or Monday. She also told me that someone sent me an email to that effect. I never received the email. Now don't really know if I have the same tracking # or what. *** was hesitant to talk to me when I asked questions she wanted to get me off the phone quickly. I left my phone # and expected to receive a return call. Email is not always reliable.”
